an okay stay
good location nice variety connecting door breakfast box
The location was good. it was convenient with the train station so close by. the breakfast offered a nice variety of options. There was plenty to choose from. i'm grateful for that.
The room had a connecting door to another room. I could hear everything. it was quite disruptive. i was dissapointed about that!

surprisingly superb stay!
handy location yummy breakfast
location was really handy, very close to places i wanted to see! it was super easy getting to central station too, a nice bonus. breakfast was yummy, i was happy and the staff was very kind.
temperature control in room did not work and they attempted repair of it! sadly it was still broke. the heater promised, never arrived. that bummed me out a little!

the hotel features a bar and restaurant with friendly staff. i saw clean and cozy rooms, so i assumed it was cleaned on a regular basis! the lounge area seemed beautiful, great for relaxation.

this spot is only three metro stops to the center of the town and all trains stop around there. the hotel has an underground link to the metro, so it's easy to avoid bad weather! i also saw a lot of shops, even a big supermarket.

the reception area looked great and the staff provided very nice services! i also saw very personable wait staff. they assist guests who requires help during the whole stay and always smile to the guests.

dirty shower damaged door
the hotel's location offered convenient access to nearby shops and public transport.
the room was not as clean as i expect. i found a dirt track in the shower area, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning. additionally, the bathroom door looked damaged, hitting against the glass shower door, suggesting a previous repair was insufficient.

easy access underground shopping area helpful staff
I appreciated the hotel's easy access to transportation. The underground shopping area offered a direct route to the hotel from the S-Bahn station (this made arrival simple). The bar area was very nice, and I found the staff throughout the hotel to be good. I liked that skipping room service earned points or drinks.
I missed having a refrigerator in the room. The air conditioning was not very powerful.

The hotel features convenient parking in a deck underneath the building. A store is located just below the hotel, providing access to nearly anything a guest might need (I found this helpful). The lobby bar provides a great space for relaxation.

The staff provided early check-in and took great care of the guests (this was a relief). The staff were friendly and very helpful, readily assisting with directions and other needs. I found the staff to be pleasant and accommodating.
