surprisingly superb stay!

location was really handy, very close to places i wanted to see! it was super easy getting to central station too, a nice bonus. breakfast was yummy, i was happy and the staff was very kind.

temperature control in room did not work and they attempted repair of it! sadly it was still broke. the heater promised, never arrived. that bummed me out a little!

this spot is only three metro stops to the center of the town and all trains stop around there. the hotel has an underground link to the metro, so it's easy to avoid bad weather! i also saw a lot of shops, even a big supermarket.

the room was not as clean as i expect. i found a dirt track in the shower area, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning. additionally, the bathroom door looked damaged, hitting against the glass shower door, suggesting a previous repair was insufficient.

I appreciated the hotel's easy access to transportation. The underground shopping area offered a direct route to the hotel from the S-Bahn station (this made arrival simple). The bar area was very nice, and I found the staff throughout the hotel to be good. I liked that skipping room service earned points or drinks.

I missed having a refrigerator in the room. The air conditioning was not very powerful.
